Sometimes something that seems like a good idea in your head just doesn't translate to the plate. Luckily, it tasted good.


Berkeley Farms whipped light cream atop Namaste Foods gluten-free spice cake from mix (taken December 28, 2010 at 9:11 p.m.).











Still, I wasn't really happy with the way it turned out, so I decided to try out another idea.
